Mindfulness involves a moment-to-moment awareness of our life experience. By turning into the natural pattern of our breathing and other natural changes in our bodies, mindfulness enhances one’s awareness of the everyday experience in life. By being aware of changes as they occur from one moment to the next, we gain a broader sense of the choices in life, along with a sense of greater strength, confidence and wisdom.
Mindfulness has to do with looking at who we are, understanding our view of the world and embracing, with appreciation, the fullness of each moment we are alive.
