deborah dunn and i are offering our 5th india retreat together and invite you to join us on a new journey to
the himalayas to discover a deeper understanding of yourself and the world.
this fall, we'll be journeying inward as we soak up the beauty of india's natural world in the mountains, as we head north to the himalayas for a mindfulness retreat and a 4-day fully guided trek, including yoga and
we'll begin our time in delhi and agra, visiting local sites, including the old city, india gate, the taj mahal & the red fort.
in delhi and agra, we'll be staying in 5-star hotels for 5 nights, offering you a soft-landing in this remarkable
country of paradox and extremes.
from delhi, we'll drive up into the himalayas to manali.
located in the beas valley, the town is surrounded by high peaks and is one of northern india's gems. it boasts of hundreds-of-years-old pine forests and gorgeous alpine meadows, dotted with wild flowers and glacier-fed streams that cut through huge rock boulders.
the trek is four days and three nights, led by our gentle guide and friend, vikas, his compatriots, and fearless ponies who carry all our food, kitchen supplies, tents, and all other gear. all you need to carry is water and few odds and ends needed for the day.
begin to envision creating time for this inner journey, to discover and meet yourself in new and unexpected
ways. you'll be guided and supported each step of the way by two women who continue to do their own deep work with beloved India as an inspiration and teacher.
you'll exprience india other than as a tourist with
a small group (maximum 10) of amazing women, like yourself, who are adventurous, fierce, and interested in diving inward. you'll become intimately connected with each other in our morning discussion, with time to reflect on your own personal growth.
